FLORENCE ELEMENTARY
At Florence Elementary, we are proud to partner with families to support every child’s academic and personal success. We serve students from TK through fifth grade with a rigorous, standards-based program that nurtures curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.
Florence is also a Leader in Me school, inspired by Stephen R. Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Through this leadership model, students learn valuable life skills—helping them become goal-oriented, responsible, and confident leaders in today’s world.
For more than a century, Florence Elementary has been a cornerstone of the Hillcrest community, educating generations of students. Inspired by the rich history and artistry of the Italian Renaissance city for which it is named, our campus is filled with vibrant, welcoming artwork—much of it created by our own students—celebrating the creativity and diversity of our school community.
